Erdmann 2022
What’s Next?
Enrollment Management 2.0
June 12 - 15, 2022
(Registration is now closed)
We are excited to announce that the Erdmann Institute will be hosted in-person at the beautiful Migis Lodge in South Casco, Maine, Sunday, June 12 - Wednesday, June 15, 2022. Understanding that the global pandemic has likely changed the enrollment, financial aid and education landscape for years to come, our primary focus for this year will be on how to continue to develop innovative responses to the variety of demographic, social/cultural and economic shifts impacting independent schools.
The hallmark of the Erdmann experience, and why it remains a top professional development opportunity, is that enrollment is intentionally limited to encourage an open exchange of ideas and the few large group presentations are supplemented by collaborative and strategic small group discussions. Our intent is to provide attendees numerous opportunities to share the challenges and insights of their work and to learn with, and from, each other. Through a combination of daily cohort meetings, roundtable discussions and collaborative workshops, attendees will develop their critical thinking and problem-solving strategies around enrollment and financial aid topics, and gain ideas to enhance their leadership abilities.
